Social Work and Welfare teams can hire advice and support to develop and improve individuals or the team. This can include using my auditing service or bring me in as a trainer. A package can be arranged whereby there is the virtues circle or auditing/review/assessment that is followed up by training and team/individual coaching. A further review and audit can measure the impact of the support provided. This is the role I have been providing in national Social Work Organisation for over 17 years.
