Care Proceedings Support

Independent Social Workers often provide courts with parenting assessments during Care Proceedings. Whilst I can provide this service, can go further by offering advice and support to parents complimenting the legal advice given by their lawyers. This can include how best to manage the proceedings and work with court/Social Work professionals. Bespoke help can be provided to improve safe care to children and work with the professionals within the social care system. The aim is to help families stay together with children cared safely at home by their parents.
